when using a network stream as an input for the gst-rtsp-server's ts, so
something like this:
nc -l 8008 | test-launch "( fdsrc ! tsparse set-timestamps=true ! queue !
rtpmp2tpay name=pay0 pt=96 )"
then only the first vlc client connection attempt results in a playable stream,
after that, the stream looks entirely broken exactly like above
