Support for static code compilation for iOS compatibility and various orc
assembly fixes. REV 3.0

Here's a critical update that fixes the corruption of immediate values reading
out of the OrcExecutor structure. Implementation has been tested further and
orc functions seem to be working.

Note that this implementation only covers ARMv7 NEON, and not AArch64 support.
