Update -- the above method actually wouldn't entirely work, since it'll
override Apple's python with Brew's, and the 'itstool' will use the Brew one,
while we already have libxml2-python provided by Cerbero (built against Apple's
python).

Anyway, it's all a mess and it's best for Cerbero to provide itstool.
