I'll implement it following the example of gst_v4l2src_negotiate. As I
understand, in this case I control the negotiation entirely so the template
caps order doesn't strictly affect the "preferred caps" anymore.

btw, same logic should apply once I implement caps for meta:CVPixelBuffer
feature.
