I don't understand the question about bytestream, can you clarify ? I doubt
having an ASF without timestamp is valid for what it's worth. Though, I agree
maybe ASF should not make up a framerate to 1/1, and instead leave the
framerate open (0/1). With the PTS/DTS on buffer set to -1, that should have
the effect of playing as fast as possible. This though remains sort of a hack
to support this stream. Where is this file from ?
