I see this issue is different from bug #753238 because playback starts and then
hangs after few seconds in that bug when qos is enabled on sink. In the current
issue, playback doesnot start at all. I have set qos=1 for both the cases.

I just see few logs stating the buffering percentage but the playback will not
happen.
