windows: Don't append cross toolchain as host compiler
commit 4e6451099624febe6960e4551887ec25142b0bc2
Author: Nicolas Dufresne <nicolas.dufresne at collabora.com>
Date: Tue Aug 4 16:45:53 2015 -0400
windows: Don't append cross toolchain as host compiler
When cross-compiling for Windows, don't append 'gcc' to the PATH unless
we are running Windows platform. The appended 'gcc' is not a valid host
compiler and prevents building packages that need to compile generators
for the host platform (e.g. freetype).
