I was running make check over core, and got this one time failure. After
running:

  make -C tests/check libs/basesrc.forever

I ended up with:

  87%: Checks: 8, Failures: 1, Errors: 0
  libs/basesrc.c:598:F:general:basesrc_seek_events_rate_update:0: Assertion
'segment->rate == 0.5' failed
  make: Leaving directory
'/home/nicolas/Sources/gstreamer-master/gstreamer/tests/check'
