Before taking advantage from both implementations, I am making collabora's code
work with gst 1.x.

I just reuse jniutils in androidmedia to remove dependency on dvm, and the
ported codes are placed in andromedia directory naturally. If andromedia is not
a good place for the codes, jniutils should be a shared library like dvm did.
Can anybody advise me?
