I've updated the patches, and fixed a lot of small issues. I've tested with a
few DVDs and also matroska files, which render fine. I've also improved the
overlay composition negotiation again, based on the recent textoverlay work.

The vobsub matroska embedded subtitles are now rendered much better than
before, the scale / position now matches vlc and mpv for the same files.
