That's only a part of the solution. This seems to work, if you do multiple
resize, but fails if you do 1 step resize (e.g. maximize). I wonder if we don't
need to somehow force the downstream allocation query to happen. I need to read
more glfilter and GstBaseTransform code. I'll resume that tomorrow.
