As confirmed by the RPi people, OMX_IndexConfigVideoIntraVOPRefresh isn't
supported on the Rpi, thus the error:

Use of OMX_IndexConfigBrcmVideoRequestIFrame targeted for the RPi instead.

The attached patch makes this so.
