That fix is shared across all GL sink. It was about the gl pool not attaching
the fence meta automatically (and upstream pool use having no clue about GL). I
think this issue is specific to the glimagesink element. There is some obscure
speudo queueing left in this element. I believe that maybe these are left over,
and may be relate do the side effect we see now.
