I have a patch in Webkit Bugzilla that does parsing of the media and would
allow to know the actual positions (and if something is a keyframe or not,
etc). I agree with Nicolas that this is something that should happen at the
application layer, so let's close this here. If you do special things from the
application, you need to do special things from the application to make that
work.
