I think it's definitely matroskademux which now outputs more unaligned buffers.
Even with context->alignment = 8 it doesn't crash, and I see:

matroska-demux.c:3143:gst_matroska_demux_align_buffer:<matroskademux0> We want
output aligned on 8, reallocated
