gst-launch-1.0 videotestsrc pattern=ball !
video/x-raw,width=1280,height=720,format=I420 ! timeoverlay font-desc="Sans 60"
! glfilterbin filter=gleffects ! video/x-raw,format=YUY2 ! glimagesink

Above pipeline looks very pixelated with current GIT master, but completely
fine with 1.6.1.
