For some reason qtdemux is doing a flushing seek here before decodebin exposes
the pad, which makes the decodepad flushing. And then results in the warning.

Why is gst_element_add_pad() checking for a flushing pad? Shouldn't it just
check for an activated pad instead, i.e. GST_PAD_IS_ACTIVE()?
