No real reason, just to mimic what is done for caps features system memory. And
actually I was starting and found that I cannot do exactly the same since there
is no hook to gst_init. (_priv_gst_caps_features_initialize is called in
gst_init).


So just the define would be enough for now right ? (+ some doc)
