I have actually fixed this in all modules but -bad.

I think the pipelines should be updated to use gst-launch-1.0, but at the same
time they need to be checked for old caps, old elements, etc.

I would welcome a patch that fixes up all the pipelines (or at least all in
ext/, gst/ or sys/) in the element doc blurbs :)
