qtdemux: drop flushes from our own offset seek

Yes, this patch makes qtdemux drop those flushes. @reporter, can you test it,
please?
Also, please test if flush seeks work during playback.

This just prevents the downstream deadlock from happening. Do we need to fix
decodebin as well? Seems like an unusual scenario to have those flushes before
streaming happens.
