Try with
> "rtmp://USERIDHIDDEN:PASSWORDHIDDEN@mtvnyc.dyndns.tv/AAAAAA/BBBBB/CCCCCC live=1"

Note the space before live. There seem to be some bugs in librtmp that require
such things.
