OK, I just realized that both of the requests for V5.mp4 are header requests,
the actual fragments that are downloaded are always V1 / V2, which is correct.
There is no issue here with my patch, which correctly selects the appropriate
representations for the available bandwidth.

Apart from that, I unfortunately can't reproduce the buffering issue that you
describe.
