Yes, but switching all the time is relatively expensive to do as it would
require renegotiating downstream.  Especially if the
dmabuf->EGLImage->GstGLMemory upload converts to a different video format than
the raw memory upload.  It can be done though.

I'm not saying glupload 'requires' dmabuf caps features much like we don't
require the GstGLMemory caps features to use the gl memory uploader.  Just that
it is useful to have for the aforementioned reasons.
