Uh, yea it does, but only in master and only X11.

gst-launch-1.0 playbin uri=file:///test.mp4 video-sink="navseek ! glimagesink"

kind of works.  It repeat frames indefinitely though after the seek happens.

If I disable the VideoAlignment option in GLBufferPool it works fine.
