I wonder if we could have a mode on the queue where it doesn't block on
buffers, but only on specific events, and then GstBaseAdaptive could push those
events between segments ? So the queue would only block on inter-segment
boundaries? But that may also require some logic to know that the queue is
empty enough to start downloading the next segment.
