We've been using this for a while, even shipped software with this and it works
well for us. One thing I'm not sure about is set_min_pts in GstVideoEncoder.
There are multiple ways to approach this (shifting timestamps and segment start
in encoder), this one is simplest to use in the encoder, but it might not be
the best one.
