Just to clarify, when you say it is not possible, you are answering to my
question about writing a self-contained example to trigger this bug?

So is the bug in your custom metadata code or in jpegdec? Unless you point out
to a bug in some upstream code in gst-plugins-good, I can't help :( and in that
case the best approach would be to ask in the devel mailing list [1] how to
build this around GStreamer.
