While playing rtsp streams on ubuntu14.04, video is stuck.

Below mentioned gstreamer-1.0 pipeline was run to test this issue.

gst-launch-1.0 rtspsrc location=
rtsp://10.25.20.77:554/3gp/H264+aac/H264_BP_level3_2000kbps_320x240_36fps_aac_112kbps_44.1khz_stereo.3gp
