Ok, I'll try as soon as I have some time, 

I thought that since ptdemux asked to the controlling element, in this case
rtspsrc, for payload mapping and rtpsrc return NULL that mean it does not have
a mapping for that payload (rtspsrc has mapping only for payloads declared
inside sdp), this was enough to drop the buffer inside ptdemux
