This pipeline use to work and fails now:

gst-launch-1.0 videotestsrc ! tee ! glupload ! fakesink


The uploader fails silently, not finding a upload method. I think this bug is
generalized to when the GL pool is not used. As I also got this pipeline to
fail the same way:

gst-lauch-1.0 v4l2src ! glimagsink
