Well, moof_offset is set to 0 after the fragment has been processed, as far as
I can see?

The other (existing) code that sets moof_offset has the same check, which is
why I copied it. If it's correct or not is hard for me to say, but I've tested
this code with long files with lots of moofs, so it does work in practice.
