m4 crashes on each invocation but without any noticeable effect on the build
(as if crashing when exiting). The build proceeds and finishes as expected.
But it is a major pain as you need to baby sit the build and close all crash
popups as they happen.
But again, I have tweaked my mingw/msys a lot by installing all sorts of
additional modules.
On my system m4 is gotten from /bin and m4 --version yields:
$ m4 --version
m4 (GNU M4) 1.4.16
Copyright (C) 2011 Free Software Foundation, Inc.
License GPLv3+: GNU GPL version 3 or later <http://gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html>.

I am not totally comfortable with cerbero and don't know what needs to be done
from a regular shell and what needs to be done from the cerbero shell.
I'll try to find time next week to start the build from scratch with a clean
mingw/msys install.
