There is a bug in Windows with the shell command and you need to add the
buildtools/bin path to PATH manually at the beginning of the PATH after
entering the shell. Msys puts back /bin/ at the start of PATH when the new
shell is spawned wich makes it use the wrong build tools from the shell.
