Again, depends on the use case, the network, etc.
The case of 2Mbps is another example, imagine another of 4Mbps, or that you
have punctual losses in your network.

So I like your proposal. Anyway Jose's patch is needed to avoid
GStreamer-CRITICAL **: gst_pad_push_list: assertion 'GST_IS_BUFFER_LIST
(list)'
and then add a property for this value.
