I think this is how it always was supposed to be, and that the ALLOCATION query
always contains the uncropped/memory caps while the CAPS event contains the
cropped/display caps was necessary before already. The only difference is that
we are now more picky about what is allowed to be passed to
gst_video_frame_map(). So I don't think it's a very big change
