The bug here is that we have two jitterbuffers, the second one becoming
completely confused because of the first.

rtspsrc ! gdppay ! filesink (one jitterbuffer in rtspsrc)
filesrc ! gdpdepay ! rtpjitterbuffer ! ... (second jitterbuffer).
