            Bug ID: 757440
Summary: rtsp: Decreasing timestamp with GstRtspServer
                    streaming Matroska
    Classification: Platform
           Product: GStreamer
           Version: git master
                OS: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: Normal
         Component: gst-plugins-good
          Assignee: gstreamer-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
          Reporter: nicolas.dufresne at collabora.co.uk
        QA Contact: gstreamer-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
     GNOME version: ---

It's not yet clear where the issue is (RTSP server or RTSP Client), for now I'm
setting this on -good. When I seek Sintel.2010.1080p.mkv (from the official
site) keyframes are always lost, and the decoder warn about decreasing
timestamp. Here's an example warning.

0:02:10.106136344 19048 0x7f7f40003450 WARN videodecoder
gstvideodecoder.c:2815:gst_video_decoder_prepare_finish_frame:<avdec_h264-0>
decreasing timestamp (0:02:08.094233160 < 0:02:08.136232950)

This is not exhibited when streaming from an ISOMP4, I also have few other MKV
that works.
