well.. maybe not completely stupid.. more like confused:

    framerate, GST_TYPE_FRACTION, default 0/1
        The framerate of the video 0/1 for variable framerate

I never expected variable framerate, so I suppose (it was 4 years ago) I just
thought that because we don't use variable framerate (it's actually a
requirement for our system to have fixed framerate) I could ignore this..
