What was the conclusion about seeking before start on DASH live streams?

I guess if the seek is flagged as non-accurate we could skip to the first
available segment and download that. Should we do the same for accurate seeks?
I think this is the first time we have to handle this scenario in gstreamer, so
I don't know.
