Downloading the tar.gz (form 2012) will require gstreamer-0.10 >= 0.10.35.

Background: I'm trying to compile the latest plugins-bad (1.7 git) which will
error during make (not configure!) with some missing GL symbols, and Internet
gossip said I need gst-plugins-gl.

Also I could not find any info with Google about gst-plugins-gl being
deprecated for something else.
