Sorry it took so long to handle this. It seems some fixes to dash
seeking/playback ended up fixing this as well. Your sample application with the
sample file works correctly now.

Marking as fixed but I can't pinpoint the exact commit that fixed it.

Please reopen if it still fails for you somehow with latest git master.
