I tried the following:

gst-launch-1.0 filesrc location=...Test.mpg ! mpegpsdemux ! fakesink
silent=false -v

gst-launch-1.0 filesrc location=...Test.mpg ! mpegpsdemux ! mpegvideoparse !
fakesink silent=false -v

gst-launch-1.0 filesrc location=...Test.mpg ! mpegvideoparse ! fakesink
silent=false -v

Comparing the output didn't show something.
