Florin and I have been working on refactoring of his dashdemux tests so that
they can be re-used by other elements based upon GstAdaptiveDemux.

This has allowed me to create a set of tests for hlsdemux. I am going to attach
patches to this ticket for the refactoring and some hlsdemux tests. As part of
this work I found a couple of bugs, but I am going to submit those tests (and
bug fixes) as separate tickets.
