(no need to revert the spandsp recipe patch). For Android (and cross
compilation) we'll need:

  os.environ['ac_cv_func_malloc_0_nonnull'] ='yes'
  os.environ['ac_cv_func_realloc_0_nonnull'] ='yes'

It's a bug in autoconf
