dashdemux: fix undefined reference to gst_ntp_clock_new

That's not how this is supposed to work. The .la files should be used in an
uninstalled setup to make sure linking and runtime works properly.


But I assume this patch here was for a different problem than the dashdemux
one? dashdemux works in gst-uninstalled for me and others btw.
