Bug ID: 756386
Summary: videoencoder: timestamp headers same as first buffer
and use duration 0
Classification: Platform
Product: GStreamer
Version: git master
OS: All
Status: NEW
Severity: normal
Priority: Normal
Component: gst-plugins-base
Assignee: gstreamer-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
Reporter: slomo at coaxion.net
QA Contact: gstreamer-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
CC: gstreamer at pexip.com, havard.graff at gmail.com,

GNOME version: ---
+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #754224 +++
It makes sense that the headers being pushed out just before the first buffer
should be timestamped like the first buffer.
As for duration 0, I think this makes more sense then -1, and plays nicer with
muxers etc.
