Thiago Sousa Santos, you are right. 

I didn't notice attached files in your link. After applying that patch simple
pipeline indeed starts to work.

The only question remaining is this: why is that patch still not in the master,
after a whole year of existence?

I also could not link avenc_jpeg2000 to rtpj2kpay without little modification
of your patch (as I described in bug 756422).
