mpdparser: Set default last_byte_pos to -1

commit 1f7156d478b4cb6f67c029c76da66ad4c7323f19
Author: Sebastian Dröge <sebastian at centricular.com>
Date: Wed Oct 14 10:31:23 2015 +0300

mpdparser: Set default last_byte_pos to -1

The value is optional in the range, and if it is absent it means we should
download until the end of stream. Not until position 0.
