Ok, so the updated branch
https://github.com/ystreet/gst-plugins-bad/tree/amc-zerocopy along with the
patch in bug 742924 makes the zerocopy rendering work for me.  The
synchronization issues were most likely due to amcvideodec creating it's own GL
context and the lack of synchronisation with the downstream GL context.  That's
since been removed.  We can add it back if anyone is partial to it.
