(This is with the patch that I submitted in
https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=756154, for what it's worth.)

Any gst-launch, gst-inspect, etc. hangs on startup as long as
libgstosxvideosink.so is in the plugin dir. When I manually remove it, problem
goes away.
